Eat Well, Live Well (LifeShape Cook Book)


Our LifeShape Cook Book has been crafted in conjunction with our Clinical team to provide daily inspiration for simple, delicious meal ideas that meet your needs for on-going healthy living. We have created a month of recipes for every meal of the day – breakfast, lunch, dinner and even snacks – over 110 recipes in total.

In addition, each recipe has detailed nutritional information. You may notice the variations in the recipes – demonstrating our belief that being healthy doesn’t mean overly-restricting or ‘dieting’. Instead, it shows a focus on continually striving to make healthier choices, the way nature intended us to live. If there has been a cook book out there that already does this – we haven’t seen it!

Throughout the book we have included a range of recipes to suit every type of occasion – from family-friendly dinners to simple and quick recipes for one; fresh breakfast ideas to get your day started and quick snacks that can be prepared for the week, as well as a range of vegetarian options.
